 The concentric lines are part of the 'commemorative' antenna pole on the site of the 26 metre radio dish now at Tidbinbila.

Combined and enhanced in Astro Pixel Processor, Noise reduction in Nebulosity and then significant enhancement in Photoshop with AstroPanel.  

NGC 6744 is 30 Million Light Years Distant and also is designated Caldwell 101 in Patrick Moore's catalogue.
